We’re looking for a hands-on, reliable Facilities Maintenance Technician to help keep our buildings, equipment, and grounds safe, clean, and running smoothly. If you enjoy problem-solving, working independently, and making a real impact behind the scenes—this could be a great fit.
What You’ll Do
Perform routine maintenance and inspections of building systems (lighting, plumbing, HVAC, etc.)
Complete preventative maintenance tasks (generator checks, kennel systems, and more)
Troubleshoot and handle minor repairs such as drywall, painting, and basic fixtures
Coordinate with outside contractors for larger repair projects
Maintain facility cleanliness, organization, and outdoor grounds
Track maintenance schedules, vendor contacts, and supply inventory
Order and manage janitorial and maintenance supplies
Assist with contractor communication, quotes, and project follow-up
What You Bring
Experience in facilities maintenance or a similar field (preferred)
Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
Comfortable using hand and power tools
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Positive, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
Ability to follow and communicate instructions clearly
Valid driver’s license and high school diploma (or equivalent)
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand or sit for extended periods (8+ hours)
Capable of lifting 50+ lbs
Comfortable bending, climbing, reaching overhead, and working in tight spaces
Good vision and manual dexterity
