Job Title : Facilities Maintenance Technician

Location : Durham, NC

Shift : Monday-Friday, 6:45 AM - 3:30 PM ( no weekends)

Hours : 40 per week

Type : Full-time, Temp-to-Hire

Pay : $18.00 - $20.00 per hour ( weekly)

Overview :

Inova Staffing seeks a Maintenance Technician with warehouse maintenance and mechanical experience.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee warehouse functions
• Perform preventive, routine, and emergency maintenance on machinery
• Maintain and repair forklifts and box trucks
• Conduct brake changes, oil changes, and motor repairs
• Keep detailed records of work performed
• Organize and clean repair tools and supplies

Requirements :

• 1-3 years experience with box trucks, forklifts, conveyors
• 1-3 years in trade skills (plumbing, electrical, mechanical)
• Welding, OSHA, Electrical, Hydraulic certifications a plus
• Ability to work independently
• Strong communication skills
• Lift up to 50 pounds
• Thorough Background Check & Drug Test
