This is a full-time hourly position with direct responsibility for the daily maintenance and upkeep of a large life science campus. The Maintenance Repair Technician is responsible for performing highly diversified duties to troubleshoot, install, repair, and maintain building and property equipment according to safety, predictive, and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the site’s business goals. Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience in commercial facilities maintenance. • Availability to work nights and weekends as needed. • Valid driver's license. • US work authorization. • Must have tools. Compensation: $23.50 - $25 hourly
