Facilities Maintenance Technician

Pay Range: $18-$20/hr DOE

Location: Johnstown, CO

Shift: M-F: 7 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. (occasional Saturdays as needed)

Job Type: Temporary-to-Permanent Hire

How you’ll spend your time as a Facilities Maintenance Technician:

• Support facility upkeep, ensuring the building and grounds are maintained in a clean, safe, and professional manner.
• Handle groundskeeping tasks such as mowing, weeding, and seasonal snow removal (operating truck with plow, keeping walkways clear, etc.).
• Support facility cleanliness, including sweeping, mopping, and more physical tasks (e.g., cleaning rafters).
• Dusting and wiping down surfaces, including machinery exteriors, workstations, and shelves.
• Emptying trash and recycling bins throughout the facility.
• Restocking supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and soap.
• Assist with other utility or maintenance tasks as needed

Skills & experience we’d like you to have as a Facilities Maintenance Technician:

• Previous experience with facility or grounds maintenance preferred.
• Comfortable with physical work, including climbing/lifting for cleaning tasks.
• Willingness to learn and cross-train as the role evolves.
• Food safety background is a plus but not required.
• Clean background and professional references.
