    We are hiring a Facilities Manager on behalf of our client. This role is responsible for maintaining the botanical production and processing facility, including all equipment and grounds, to ensure a safe and effective work environment. The ideal candidate will have the knowledge and ability to perform semi-skilled technical repairs and maintenance, as well as ongoing building upkeep and minor repair work. This position is essential for supporting daily operations and ensuring the facility remains in optimal condition for all staff and processes.

    This is a fully in-person role near Reading, PA.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead and monitor regularly scheduled inspections for maintenance and safety procedures, routine repairs, and troubleshooting as necessary to ensure that all structures and operating systems are in good working order, compliant with state regulations and company policies.
    • Perform corrective and preventive maintenance and repairs to identify potential issues before they become costly problems.
    • Engage and negotiate with external contractors and licensed tradesmen on large-scale projects with management review and approval.
    • Establish and manage SOPs for maintenance, sanitation, and waste management.
    • Maintain inventory, storage, and distribution of all supplies and equipment.
    • Provide recommendations for new, value-add equipment. Manage installation, testing, and maintenance of this equipment.
    • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement to enhance the functionality, efficiency, and sustainability of fixed assets.
    • Lead, train, and develop members of the Facilities team.
    • Maintain current knowledge of and compliance with all state regulations and company policies. Create and maintain systems for warranties, records, licenses, inspections, service agreements, and contracts for all fixed assets.
    • Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Production.

    Education and Experience:

    • High School diploma or equivalent.
    • Hands-on experience with and demonstrated knowledge of the use and care of commonly used equipment and tools – Required.
    • Plumbing, electrical, and HVAC experience.
    • Strong experience with preventive maintenance, planning, and execution – Preferred.
    • 5+ years facilities management experience, including OSHA certifications.

      Compensation: $90,000-100,000 plus benefits
