    Facilities Manager

    St. Paul, MN | Direct Hire | $100,000 – $120,000 + Bonus | On-Site

    Konik is partnering with a growing global manufacturing organization seeking to add a Facilities Manager to support operations at its St. Paul area production campus. This role will oversee day-to-day facility operations while supporting infrastructure upgrades, renovation projects, and long-term facility planning.

    The Facilities Manager will collaborate with operations, engineering, maintenance, and quality teams to ensure reliable performance of building systems within a regulated manufacturing environment. This role combines hands-on facilities leadership with project involvement, supporting critical infrastructure systems such as HVAC, building management systems, utilities, and water systems while contributing to facility expansion initiatives.

    Experience in a regulated environment is required for this position.

    Facilities Manager Responsibilities

    • Oversee daily operation and reliability of facility infrastructure including HVAC, utilities, purified water systems, compressed air, and building management systems
    • Troubleshoot complex facility and mechanical system issues in a regulated manufacturing environment
    • Coordinate contractors, vendors, and internal teams during installation, maintenance, and qualification of facility systems
    • Support facility renovation, expansion, and infrastructure improvement projects
    • Develop project specifications, cost estimates, and project proposals for facility upgrades and improvements
    • Maintain documentation required for regulated manufacturing environments including change controls, procedures, and validation documentation
    • Support quality and risk management processes including CAPA, FMEA, and related documentation activities

    Facilities Manager Qualifications

    • 5+ years of facilities, utilities, or mechanical systems experience
    • Experience working in regulated environments such as pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or similar manufacturing industries
    • Familiarity with cGMP or other regulated manufacturing environments
    • Experience with building management systems, facility automation platforms, coordinating facility construction, installation, or renovation projects
    • Proficiency with CAD / AutoCAD for facility layouts and documentation
    • Strong technical writing and documentation skills for SOPs, change controls, and validation activities
    • Ability to manage contractors, vendors, and cross-functional internal teams
    • Mechanical Engineering, Facilities Engineering, or related technical degree preferred

    Additional Role Details

    • On-site position supporting a multi-building production campus
    • Facility supports approximately 200 employees across several buildings
    • Role includes supervision of 2–3 direct reports and oversight of contracted facility services
    • Opportunity to support upcoming facility renovation and expansion initiatives

    Compensation & Benefits

    • Base salary range: $100,000 – $120,000 DOE
    • Performance-based bonus program
