As a Senior Operations Manager, you will be establishing and nurturing mutually profitable business relationships with existing clients in a highly productive sales-driven environment. You will work with existing clients, train and develop staff, implement company policies and procedures, and assist with account management to ensure work performed satisfies both company and client quality standards.

Minimum Job Requirements:
5+ years of operations/sales/customer service experience

2 years previous management experience
