JOB LOCATION:
Southeast Regional Maintenance Center (SERMC), Naval Station Mayport, Florida
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Must possess a minimum of five (5) years of facilities related experience in construction or building maintenance.
Must possess a minimum of two (2) years of experience in all phases of facilities’ maintenance to include general knowledge in the areas of Electrical, Civil, or Mechanical.
Must possess excellent oral communication skills and capability of facilitating and leading group discussions.
Must possess functional knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook Programs.
Must be able to develop scopes of work and associated cost estimates utilizing various associated commercially available cost estimating tools.
Will require candidate to sign a letter of intent to show commitment to this opportunity.
