We’re hiring a Facility Technician to support a large, state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in Indianapolis, IN.

This is a full-time opportunity for a hands-on professional with experience maintaining building systems in an industrial environment. You’ll be responsible for troubleshooting and maintaining HVAC, plumbing, lighting, compressed air, and basic electrical systems, while also supporting utility operations like water treatment and chilled water systems. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of facility or industrial maintenance experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and familiarity with CMMS and lockout/tagout procedures.

A high school diploma or GED is required, and technical certifications are a plus.
