We’re a nonprofit organization serving and supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Covey operates five residential homes, an office space, and a small fleet of vehicles along the Appleton to Oshkosh corridor. As we’ve grown, so has our need for a dedicated Maintenance Specialist to ensure our spaces and vehicles are safe, functional, and welcoming.

Your Key Responsibilities
Perform general maintenance (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repair)
Handle minor carpentry (drywall, painting, flooring)
Conduct regular inspections to ensure our facilities are safe and functional
Maintain compliance with safety standards and licensing requirements
Respond promptly to repair needs and service requests using Microsoft tools (Planner, Outlook)
Coordinate contracted services (snow removal, HVAC, landscaping, fire systems, etc.)
Manage routine vehicle maintenance across Covey’s small fleet
Travel regularly to all Covey locations
