Position Description

Courtyard by Marriott is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Facility Attendant to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our guests and team members. The Facility Attendant is responsible for the appearance and upkeep of hotel public areas, meeting spaces, exterior grounds, and guest service areas while ensuring Marriott's high standards of cleanliness and hospitality are met.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness and presentation of hotel public spaces, including lobby, hallways, restrooms, fitness center, meeting rooms, and outdoor areas.

Conduct routine inspections of facilities and report maintenance concerns or safety hazards promptly.

Empty trash receptacles and maintain waste disposal areas.

Support housekeeping and maintenance departments as needed.

Respond courteously and professionally to guest requests and inquiries.

Follow all Marriott brand standards, safety procedures, and company policies.

Perform other duties as assigned by management
