Role Objective
We are looking for a proactive Facility Attendant to oversee the cleanliness and presentation of our hotel’s public spaces and amenities. You will be the primary guardian of our "first impression" areas, ensuring that our lobby, corridors, and recreational facilities meet luxury brand standards at all times.
Key Responsibilities
Public Area Upkeep: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, restrooms, corridors, and elevator landings.
Amenity Management: Monitor and clean the fitness center and pool areas, including re-racking weights, sanitizing equipment, and restocking fresh towels.
Event Support: Execute the setup and breakdown of tables, chairs, and AV equipment for meetings and special events.
Facility Inspections: Perform routine daily walk-throughs to identify and report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or needed repairs to the Engineering team.
Guest Interaction: Greet guests warmly, provide directions, and respond promptly to requests for assistance with facility equipment.
Grounds Maintenance: Ensure exterior entrances and walkways are free of debris and maintain a tidy appearance.
Qualifications & Skills
Hospitality Mindset: Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
Physical Capability: Ability to stand/walk for an 8-hour shift and lift or move objects weighing up to 50 lbs (e.g., furniture for event setups).
Attention to Detail: A keen eye for spotting cleanliness or safety issues before they impact the guest experience.
Flexibility: Willingness to work a varied schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
