    Job Description

    What You'll Do:
    Get ready to roll up your sleeves and make a real impact every day! As part of our Building and Facilities Maintenance team, you’ll help keep our centers running smoothly by taking on hands-on repair and maintenance tasks in-house. That means we save money and keep things moving without delay for our patients!

    Here’s what your day might look like:

    • Tackle small repair jobs involving electricity, plumbing, and carpentry —you’ll be our go-to problem solver!

    • Help keep our buildings in top shape by working on boilers, chillers, PTAC units, and HVAC systems —from regular servicing to small fixes.

    • Make sure every center is safe, comfortable, and running efficiently by staying on top of maintenance tasks.

    • Log your work using our easy-to-use work order software , so we stay organized and nothing falls through the cracks.

    • Follow important safety rules and regulations set by IDPH and the industry—we take safety seriously!

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Regional Maintenance Technician

    _ What we need from you:_

    • You should be comfortable working near/around medical patients.
    • Experience as a maintenance tech/coordinator or handyman in a healthcare, hospitality, corporate or education environment is required, multi-site maintenance support is preferred
    • You should have experience with minor Electrical, Plumbing and HVAC repair and servicing needs including boilers and chillers
    • Well-organized and apt in problem-solving
    • Experience working in a healthcare setting preferred
    • Experienced with IDPH survey requirements preferred
    • A clean driving record is required to operate company vehicle
    • Strong computer skills is a must; we are a paperless environment
    • PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: * This is a physically demanding position that will involve frequently lifting and carrying objects of 50+ pounds.

We currently provide comprehensive management services to several inpatient healthcare centers throughout Northern IL & the Chicagoland area. These settings include Long-term Care Skilled Nursing (SNFs), Short-term Care Rehabilitation, Intermediate Care (ICFs), and Behavioral Health Service (SMHRFs) centers.
