Responsibilities: • Represent the company professionally in the field with a clean and presentable uniform and appearance. • Ensure punctuality for all appointments and maintain a clean, safe work environment. • Adhere to company policies and provide excellent customer service in all interactions. • Work independently or collaborate with a crew, based on the job requirements. • Provide your own basic tools and ensure you have reliable, well-maintained transportation for travel between job sites. Qualifications: • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English. Spanish is a plus but not required. • Reliable and punctual with a strong commitment to completing tasks and maintaining high-quality work standards. • Preferred experience with a range of commercial repairs, such as plumbing, electrical, drywall, ceiling tiles/grids, floor tiles, and painting. • Must own a smartphone and possess basic computer skills (e.g., uploading photos, sending emails/texts). • Extensive experience in concrete work, including finishing and repairs. Compensation: $20 - $24 hourly
