Job Summary

We are seeking a Facility Maintenance Laborer responsible, motivated, and reliable person for maintenance and labor details to join our team. In this role, you will support worksite operations through manual labor tasks. This may include keeping the worksite clean through the collection of trash, operating power tools, setting up temporary structures, or other necessary tasks. The ideal candidate is a hard worker with the ability to meet the physical demands of the job.

Responsibilities

General Facility Maintenance

Pump Station Maintenance

Lake Maintenance and Debris Removal

Maintain and clean water features, parks, ramadas, playground equipment

Perform reclaimed water line repairs

Miscellaneous Duties

Maintain a clean work environment by picking up trash or other potentially hazardous products

Provide assistance to onsite tradespeople such as welders, painters, and carpenters

Transport materials and equipment from one location to another

Operate power tools and/or industrial equipment

Report any unsafe conditions or equipment in need of repair

Qualifications

Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills

Reliable to work on a small team

Must be licensed driver with clean driving record

Familiarity with pump equipment

Able to work weekend rotations

Ability to adhere to all safety rules and regulations

Knowledge of power tools and industrial machinery is preferred
