Job Description
Summary: The Facility Maintenance & EHS Manager plans and supervises the maintenance services of the facilities, equipment, and mechanical systems to ensure they are functioning and operating properly. Develops and implements all the environmental, health and safety programs in the company.

This position is active in nature and regularly requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, crouching, crawling, climbing, and reaching. The employee must occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds while performing maintenance, repair, and inspection activities.
Specific visual abilities required for this position include close and distance vision sufficient to inspect buildings, machinery, mechanical systems, and equipment; read blueprints, reports, gauges, labels, and computer screens; identify safety hazards; and distinguish colors when necessary for equipment indicators, wiring, and safety signage.
