About the Role:

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team to support our Anytime Fitness clubs in Spanaway, Milton and Puyallup, WA. As a Facility Maintenance Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring the facility is safe, clean, and well-maintained for our members and staff.

Responsibilities:

Performing routine maintenance tasks such as drywall, painting, plumbing, and light electrical and other miscellaneous repairs

Inspecting and maintaining fitness equipment

Assisting with facility cleaning and upkeep

Pressure washing bathroom tile showers

recalking sinks, tile and shower tubs when needed

Responding to maintenance requests from staff and members

Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements:

Prior experience in maintenance or a related field

Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills

Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks

Excellent problem-solving skills

Strong attention to detail

Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
