We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Manufacturing Facility Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facility by performing maintenance and repairs on various equipment and systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment and machinery.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
• Perform repairs and replacements of defective parts and components.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Collaborate with production staff to minimize downtime and enhance operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Assist in the installation of new equipment and systems as needed.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in facility maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to on-call situations.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and best practices in a manufacturing setting.

Salary info:
