Job Summary

G3Kids is an active play and child entertainment gymnastics center! We provide services to the community that keeps kids active, social, and safe - gymnastics, parkour/ninja classes, camps, preschool preparation, parties/events, and more! We are looking for an energetic and outgoing person to manage the daily operations of our growing business.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute sales, promotions, and events

Pursuing sales goals with initiative, persuasion, and ethical practices

Drive sales for a small business

Hire, train, and lead employees

Supervising, monitoring, and assisting the daily/weekly job duties of the staff

Teaching and leading staff instructors

Coach employees in tactics to attract and retain guests

Create or approve schedules

Maintain information in the point of sale system

Managing administrative duties, front desk, and sales

Support daily operations

Preferred Qualifications

Previous management experience

Previous sales experience with the proven ability to meet or exceed performance standards

Ability to problem solve and take initiative

with children, clients, and employees

Strong organizational skills

Excellent team building and leadership skills

Gymnastics, parkour, or other athletic activities

Child watch services

Job Type: Full-time

Job Location: 4313 La Jolla Village Drive, San Diego, CA 92122

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour (depending on experience)

Expected hours: Full time; 40 per week

Schedule:

8 hour shift

Monday to Friday

Weekends as needed
