DIRECT HIRE | FACILITY SUPERINTENDENT | Columbia, MO |

Join a leading multifamily property management company as a Facility Superintendent for a role at a high-volume community. The Superintendent will supervise the team, plan maintenance, and ensure safety.

• $26-$30/hour + (based on experience)
• On-call bonus ($125-$150)
• Potential sign-on bonus
• Monday-Friday, typical hours, with on-call rotation (typically one weekend per month) and possible overtime

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee maintenance operations, coordinate team tasks, develop maintenance schedules, ensure safety compliance, and manage resident requests
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues; complete make-ready tasks
• Perform preventative maintenance; maintain community appearance.
• Document work, adhere to safety procedures, and collaborate with staff, residents, and vendors.

Qualifications:

• Supervisory experience in multifamily maintenance; leadership abilities
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork
• Technical skills in HVAC/plumbing/electrical
• EPA Type I and II certification
• CPO certification a plus (Certified Pool Operator)
  
• Experience with Entrata or Microsoft Office/Google Suite is a plus
• Valid driver’s license and insurance
