The Job: As the Office Manager, you will organize and coordinate office administration and procedures, in order to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency and safety. You'll spend the majority of your time: -Providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office. -Maintaining promotional databases by inputting invoices and bill-back data. -Maintaining supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies. -Point person for maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, bills and errands. -Ensure office efficiency is maintained by carrying out planning and execution of equipment procurement, layouts and office systems. -Preparing sales presentations by compiling data, and developing presentation formats and materials. -Participate actively in the planning and execution of company events. -Maintain a safe and secure working environment. What We're Looking For: -Proven office management, administrative or assistant experience. -Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work. -Excellent written and verbal communication skills. -Proficient in Microsoft Office. -Knowledge of clerical practices and procedures.
