    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Assist in Initial Allocation and Replenishment process; determine store sales, inventory levels and seasonality

    • Monitor each location weeks on hand, while also protecting Ecommerce inventory in the warehouse

    • Upload orders into ERP system and monitor all orders from warehouse to stores- ensure orders are shipped in full, in a timely manner and communicate shipping to store teams

    • Assist in New Store Opening assortment

    • Work with many departments to ensure product assortment is appropriate for each location, based on seasonality and capacity of store

    • Implement inventory movement between stores

    • Analyze selling data by store and move styles that are not selling in lower performing doors to faster turning stores

    • Field style requests from stores and replenish accordingly

    • React quickly to direction from HQ on styles that should be added or removed from stores

    • Have a firm knowledge of both store and warehouse inventory

    • Ability to speak to inventory levels of items; best sellers and slow sellers, as well as sizing integrity

     

     

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Experience and proficiency in Excel, specifically in an allocation capacity

    • Ideally 1-2 years’ experience in retail allocation

    • Analytical and mathematical proficiency

    • Candidate should exhibit analytical thought and enjoy deep diving into data

    • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks with a willingness to flex schedule based on needs of business

    • Exhibit quick turnaround time on fast paced business changes
