    Fahrenheit Advisors is assisting our Professional Services Client with the search for a Digital Marketing Coordinator for their Richmond, VA location.

    Position Overview:

    The Marketing Team is seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator to support our digital marketing platforms, including website, search, email, social channels, and paid tactics.

    ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Ensure digital marketing efforts serve to achieve goals, identifying and executing improvements for processes, testing, and reporting

    • Prepare marketing activity reports and metrics for measuring program success
    • Set-up and monitor digital marketing campaigns and channels (social, search, paid)
    • Manage email campaigns in a marketing automation platform, including audience segmentation and customer journey building
    • Maintain distribution calendar, alerting team to potential timing or resource conflicts
    • Manage content distribution workflow: materials trafficking, approvals, campaign platform builds
    • Database list management, including working with partner teams to optimize CRM data for campaign targeting; monitoring unsubscribes and bounces
    • Monitor website traffic, form submissions (inquiries, subscription request, etc.)
    • Monitor social media accounts for activity (comments, likes, followers, shares, etc.)
    • Research alternative & emerging digital marketing tactics & platforms
    • Track competitor marketing activity

    JOB SPECIFIC COMPETENCIES, EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

    • Required - Bachelor’s in marketing, advertising, or communications
    • 2-4 years of experience in a marketing, or similar role
    • A genuine curiosity of data and marketing analytics
    • Knowledge of digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects within scheduled timelines
    • Team player, collaborative and able to interact across departments
    • Familiarity with social media, marketing automation, and CRM platforms
    • Experience with key digital marketing platforms a plus (Google Analytics, Microsoft Dynamics Marketing –
    • or other Marketing Automation, LinkedIn, Google Analytics, Moz, etc.)
