We are a high-performance real estate team on the lookout for a full-time Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist. You’ll hunt, prepare, and close deals, and ensure each transaction is smooth and successful. Responsibilities: Build rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections and get the deal signed Respond to all leads in a timely manner to drive business forward Research investment and partnership models, real estate market and geographical trends, and prepare letters of intent, contracts, and other business administration paperwork as needed for the sale Use market trends, comps, data research, site walks, and outreach to assess property value and condition Ensure a smooth transaction between buyers and sellers Utilize the CRM daily to track all necessary contact interaction details and monitor sales process • Follow up with leads on a consistent basis until they pick up or opt-out! Qualifications: Selling is your passion, and you are extremely driven to succeed Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Real estate experience and/or license is a plus but not required • This is an in-office position! Remote work will not be considered Compensation: $50,000 - $120,000 yearly + commission + bonuses
