Job Description

We are seeking a Market Researcher to join our team.  You will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and maintaining information relating to commercial and industrial real estate transactions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct market research using several different sources
• Perform analysis 
• Development and implement innovative research and analysis tools 
• Prepare & organize data in a comprehensive format
• Compile and present data for other departments

• Strong communication and presentation skills
