    Overview:

    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Trainer to join our team. The Technical Trainer will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering technical training programs to our employees, clients, and partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology, excellent communication skills, and a passion for educating others.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Training Program Development:

    2. Design and develop comprehensive technical training programs based on organizational needs and industry standards.

    3. Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather content and ensure accuracy and relevance of training materials.

    4. Utilize various instructional techniques and delivery methods to enhance learning effectiveness, including instructor-led training, e-learning modules, hands-on labs, and multimedia presentations.

    5. Training Delivery:

    6. Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions to diverse audiences, including employees, clients, and partners, both onsite and remotely.

    7. Adapt training content and delivery methods to accommodate different learning styles and skill levels.

    8. Provide one-on-one coaching and support to participants as needed to reinforce learning objectives and address individual needs.

    9. Technical Expertise:

    10. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices relevant to the organization's products and services.

    11. Serve as a subject matter expert on technical topics covered in training programs, offering insights and practical examples to enhance understanding.

    12. Training Evaluation and Feedback:

    13. Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, quizzes, and feedback mechanisms.

    14. Solicit feedback from participants and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and make necessary adjustments to training programs.

    15. Analyze training metrics and performance data to measure the impact of training initiatives and identify opportunities for enhancement.

    16. Documentation and Reporting:

    17. Create and maintain documentation, training guides, and reference materials to support training programs.

    18. Generate regular reports on training activities, participant progress, and outcomes to management and relevant stakeholders.

    19. Requirements:

    20. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; or equivalent work experience.

    21. Proven experience as a technical trainer or similar role, with a minimum of 5 years in the technology industry.

    22. Strong knowledge of technical concepts, tools, and systems relevant to the organization's products and services.

    23. Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information in a clear and understandable manner.

    24. Experience developing and delivering training programs using a variety of instructional techniques and delivery methods.

    25. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.

    26. Certifications such as Certified Technical Trainer (CTT+) or equivalent are a plus.

    27. Willingness to travel occasionally for onsite training sessions as needed.
