MUST HAVES

• Pursuing a degree in a real estate development related field (i.e. Business Finance, Architecture, Construction, Economics, etc.) at a career school and/or college.
• Minimum GPA of 2.5.
• Ability to use computer hardware and software, mobile devices and other technology applications.

Our future developments will take us into neighboring states across the Midwest. We specialize in the management of affordable, quality housing for low and moderate-income households. Our portfolio includes affordable and conventional multi-family housing as well as senior housing. We specialize in HUD Section 8, Rural Development 515, Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) and combination properties.
