You should ideally have experience with industrial washing products as well as the ability to lift 20 pounds or more on a consistent basis. Responsibilities: • Inspect laundry equipment visually and report any maintenance issues to the building management • Put all laundry in a washing machine and follow the manufacturer's directions for adding the cleaning chemicals • Ensure all cleaning supplies are in stock and indicate any shortages to the general manager • Sort all linens to identify stains and treat stains with proper cleaning products and methods • Remove garments and lines after each wash cycle and dry according to specific manufacturer instructions Qualifications: • Impeccable work ethic and excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills • At least 1 year of experience as a laundry attendant, housekeeper or similar role preferred • Strong knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques and products • Must have graduated high school or received an equivalent certification • We require the ability to consistently lift 20 or more pounds Compensation: $11 - $13 hourly
