Fairfield Property Management is seeking a motivated and dependable Groundskeeper to join our team! We're looking for a self-starting individual who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in maintaining our property's exterior spaces. As a Groundskeeper, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring our property's visual appeal. Your dedication and attention to detail will shape the first impression for our residents and visitors and contribute to creating an exceptional living experience.

Responsibilities Duties may include, but are not limited to:

Picking up and removing trash, furniture, and debris from grounds.

Cleaning and maintaining pools and hot tubs.

Cleaning gutters.

Watering plants and maintaining landscaping.

Maintaining mail area.

Power washing buildings, sidewalks, etc.

Painting breezeways and exteriors of buildings.

Distributing notices/letters to residents.

Reporting appropriate information to Property Manager, such as damage to apartment buildings, maintenance problems, discarded household furniture, abandoned vehicles, etc.

Desired experience

Six months to one year of related experience, preferably on a residential property

Experience with pool maintenance a plus, but not required

Ability to maintain reliable transportation, a current and valid driver’s license, and vehicle insurance.
