The leasing agent is responsible for all aspects of leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive relations with all prospective and present residents.

Job Highlights

Promote a positive and proactive approach to resident relations and service

Accompany prospective residents to models and discuss size and layout of apartments while selling features and amenities of the community

Process applications and all corresponding paperwork

Desired Experience

Sales and customer service experience

6 months to one year of property management or related experience
