Fairfield Property Management is searching for an experienced HVAC certified Lead Maintenance Technician at Jamestown Place in Bossier City, Louisiana. The Maintenance Lead is responsible for providing general maintenance, cleaning and repairs of the entire multi-family property. They also perform resident work orders in a timely manner.

Highlights

Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations

Serves as liaison when necessary between maintenance personnel, residents, and Property Manager

Performs carpentry, electrical, and plumbing work to install, diagnose, repair/unstop, and/or make replacements

Performs preventative maintenance duties to property, equipment, and vehicle

Desired Experience

3+ years of maintenance experience, preferably on a residential property

HVAC Certification
