    We're seeking a Head of Operations to join our rapidly growing to join organization.

    About The Role 

    The Head of Operations will hold the responsibility of building and leading the Insurance Operations function. Insurance Operations will be a vital part of the success of Fairmatic responsible for the end to end insurance processes, overseeing customer service and implementing technology solutions. Working proactively with internal stakeholders and external partners to continuously improve the design of Fairmatic’s operational processes, to scale our business and delight our customers.

    Responsibilities

    • Design, and continuously improve our end-to-end insurance operations & processes
    • Create and lead a high performing team, demonstrating the Fairmatic values daily
    • Develop trusting third party relationships to ensure maximum service and value
    • Be open in everything you do, we will build a world-class operational function not constrained by legacy thinking
    • Create a customer service ethos that puts the customer at the heart of everything we do
    • Help drive the operational voice of various departments to evaluate and inform the scaling of new strategic initiatives
    • Work at an operational level, collaborating with multiple cross-functional partners
    • Prepare and present business cases to inform the leadership of the opportunity, rationale, and operational plan to scale prioritized ventures
    • Communicate Fairmatic’s needs internally to our employees and externally to our partners
    • Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses, to deliver insights to different stakeholders

    What we need from you

    • 3 plus Years’ experience working as a Director of Operations or equivalent position
    • Knowledge of- commercial lines insurance, production management, underwriting, claims, and broker business operations
    • Experience working with offshore teams
    • Passionate about people with strong communication skills
    • Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operational metrics
    • The shared vision of the future insurance to be fair and transparent
