The Branch Dialer position supports the Sales team setting up appointments, calling loan leads, and managing campaigns for each project. Communicates with branch employees in a timely, efficient, and courteous manner. Responsibilities: • Makes outbound sales calls and qualifies sales leads • Sets up meetings with potential clients • Answers phone calls and emails from our existing customers • Provides excellent customer service that will enhance our reputation and increase our sales with our existing and new clients • Answers phone calls and emails from those who are referred to branch or find fairway on the internet to provide them with the right information and follow up with the best efforts to convert them into clients • Summarizes and reports work activities and progress to branch manager on a weekly / daily basis Qualifications: • Solid knowledge and understanding of customer service and interpersonal best practices • High School diploma or equivalency degree • 1+ years of dialer and or telemarketing experience • Demonstrated experience supporting customers Compensation: $15 - $20 hourly
