Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to management, assisting in daily needs and managing general administrative activities. Administrative Assistant responsibilities include, but are not limited to making travel and meeting arrangements, preparing reports and maintaining appropriate filing systems. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be business-minded. Ultimately, a successful Admin Assistant should ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office and add value to the business. Responsibilities: Manage website content, mailing lists, SEO development, and tracking analytics to ensure all content is up to date and relevant Write social media content, web content, blogs, and other copy that contributes to our overall marketing strategy and goals Run our social media accounts and return messages to inquiries Deliver reports on monthly analytics across web and social platforms and advise on improvements Support our marketing department in executing campaign plans through communication, digital, and advertising strategies • You will be learning the business starting from the ground up. • You will be a part of everything from street marketing (barking) to high-level strategic projects.
