We are looking for a motivated person who is looking to expand their knowledge of landscape industry while working at a company that values them and the projects they work on.

Associate Landscape Design/Sales

Description

Under the supervision of the head of design and sales, the associate designer will meet with clients, take site measurements, prepare preliminary and full landscape plans, create detailed estimates, write up contracts, prepare site specifications, and manage their projects through completion. This position requires a high degree of customer service relations and is key in exceeding client expectations from initial contact through completion of projects.

Requirements

· Associate should have a degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture or related degree with 1-3 years of experience

· Strong customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain long term customer relationships

· Associate should have excellent working knowledge of design, landscape plants, hardscape materials and installation processes. (field experience is preferred)

· Skill in CAD software (Dynascape or similar), Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Suite, Vray

· Ability to work unsupervised and with a team on specific projects

· Capable of managing projects and delegating responsibilities to members of the crew

· Associate should be able to complete projects on schedule in a fast-paced environment, as well as, manage their time efficiently
