Recruitment/HR Coordinator
Summary : The Recruiting & HR Coordinator will be responsible for marketing, sourcing, attracting, screening, and hiring hourly and salary talent to meet growth goals within LML Estate Management. This position will also support the Human Resources Department to assist with HR tasks such as on-boarding, current employee development, attendance tracking and day to day HR functions.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
· Post positions on appropriate job boards and perform proactive candidate sourcing, application screening and scheduling tasks to secure candidate interviews.
· Screen potential candidates by various methods (job ads, sourcing, career fairs, referrals, etc.) to qualify candidates for departmental needs.
· Develop and coordinate timely interview schedules for candidates utilizing the LML's internal email calendar technology (Microsoft Outlook). Manage any schedule changes and modify the schedule accordingly.
· Maintain accurate recruitment records and documentation
· Create offer letters and ensure all information is accurately reflected and all supporting documentation is provided.
· Coordinate all full service pre-employment and onboarding activities, including but not limited to assessments, reference checks, background checks, drug screens and I9 verifications; ensure all documentation is completed prior to the candidates first day of employment.
- Work with company leaders to complete employee reviews and assist with continued training/development
· Develop and maintain a broad network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates, to include continuous networking as well as researching and participating in professional organizations and associations, building relationships with educational institutions and other appropriate organizations to build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
· Ensure hiring initiatives are in compliance with Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) laws and with the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) regulations
Required Education, Experience, Skills, & Abilities:
· High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
· At least 1 year+ high volume recruiting experience including sourcing candidates, conducting phone interviews, screening against job requirements, etc.,
- Prior experience as an HR assistant or admin preferred
· Must be able to work on several job postings simultaneously.
· Experience with Microsoft Outlook required.
· Must have the ability to communicate effectively, at all levels of the company in a direct and positive way
· Must be eager and willing to learn the vacant job requirements.
· Must be proactive and have excellent time management skills.
· Accuracy and attention to detail is essential.
· Must have the ability to handle confidential information responsibly and professionally.
· Ability to be in front of a computer and type constantly.
· Ability to speak on a telephone frequently.
· Ability to flex schedule as needed to accommodate candidate needs and business time
