Position Title: Global Ministry Event Coordinator

Job Summary

The event coordinator role will ensure that global events are organized and executed by working closely with the Global Ministry Pastor (fpKids, Students and Groups) to fully understand the vision for the event, establish a timeline for event success, and create a budget. The coordinator will also build volunteer teams to execute the vision of the event as well ensure success during the event.

Responsibilities

Meet with Ministry Pastors for event vision and details

Create an all-encompassing logistical timeline and plan for each event

Lead planning meetings with Ministries to communicate important dates and details

Provide a written progress report to Global Ministry Pastors within the agreed-on timeline, send calendar invites to staff and key leaders and ensure all campus leaders are updated with event progress

Ensure that all communication is sent in a timely fashion for all event attendees

Create and maintain budgets for each event

Enter receipts and payables in Nexiona

Ensure the accuracy of budgets in Martus Tools

Service U

Create and reserve building/rooms

Coordinate with Global IT Department

Create registration forms

Collect data and reports

Report relevant data post-event for evaluation and future planning (within 2-weeks of the event), including:

Total Invited vs Total Attendance

Wins

Areas that need improvement

Greatest learning

Coordinate with the Global Creative team in the required timeframe for

Marketing

Print material

Branding

Social media content

Build and develop volunteer teams to support and execute events, including an apprentice for your role

Create and build relationships with vendors

A commitment to be faithful in attending Faith Promise Church services each week; support the ministry of Faith Promise Church through Biblical tithing; maintain and develop a strong relationship with Jesus through daily prayer and Bible reading, and maintain a heart to obey and please God in every area of your life.
