Program Director Needed at Faith Recovery, Long Beach

Join Our Mission: Faith Recovery, a premier outpatient addiction treatment and sober living facility in Long Beach, CA, is on the lookout for a dedicated Program Director to lead and enhance our Substance Use Disorder Program. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee client admissions including record review, application processing, and intake assessments.

Act as the principal liaison with referral partners and maintain coherent communication.

Uphold and advocate for the Faith Recovery mission, goals, and objectives.

Lead with excellence in accordance with DHCS and Joint Commission guidelines, ensuring clinical programs meet high-quality standards.

Provide clinical supervision to our dedicated staff, fostering an environment of growth and development.

Manage the creation, implementation, and update of program policies and compliance with all regulations.

Play a crucial role in strategic planning, developing a community relations program, and supervising client care.

We’re Looking For Someone With:

A CADC II Certification with supervising experience, preferably in mental health and substance use disorder fields.

An impressive track record of program development, management, and staff leadership.

Strong administrative and relationship management skills including proficiency in budgeting and a comprehensive understanding of behavioral health practices.

A commitment to ensuring privacy, confidentiality, and the highest quality of care for our clients.
