Aircraft Manager manages the aviation department needs including the safety, facilities, schedules, maintains, flight logs, and crew for a flight of PC-12s. This individual will enhance the pre-flight and post flight procedures, including; assigning and scheduling personnel and oversight of all aircraft maintenance (scheduled and unscheduled). Follows standard operating procedures and supports aviation departmental training. Administers aviation logistics to ensure proper coordination and safety among all revolving departments and flights.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS 

• EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree
• EXPERIENCE: 6 or more years of experience
• REQUIRED TYPE RATING: Airline Transport Pilot Certification with appropriate type rating, and at least 5,000 hours of flying experience and 1,500 as PIC

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure flight operations are conducted at the highest level of Safety and all crew members maintain professional standards at all times.
• Ensures all aircraft are well maintained and in clean condition.
• Performs pre-flight inspections of aircraft
• Informs crew and other involved parties of all changes to itineraries
• Coordinates planning and communications with Travel Department, pilots, and other stakeholders.
• Provide Leadership to Pilots
• Facilitate communications with Aviation and Travel Manager related to all aircraft use.
• Manages Pilot Training
