    SENIOR QUALITY MANAGER

    An exciting position has arisen for a Senior Quality Manager to deploy and execute the organizations Strategic Quality Plan. Overseeing multiple Plants across Europe and Africa and with a direct reporting line into Quality Managers, the Senior Quality Manager will be tasked with managing quality assurance resources to ensure product flow is consistent with established internal standards, industry standards, government regulations and customer requirements.

     

    AS A SENIOR QUALITY MANAGER, YOUR DUTIES MAY INCLUDE (BUT NOT BE LIMITED TO)

     

    • Working directly with our customers and suppliers to ensure quality standards are met
    • Leading the development, implementation and improvement of the appropriate Quality Management Systems
    • Analyzing organizational Quality Metrics and performs managerial reviews to evaluate results and recommend action plans
    • Driving functional participation in product development and launch activities

    Required Skills

    PERSONNEL ATTRIBUTES

     

     

    • Degree or equivalent in an engineering or technical related subject.
    • Strong leadership, team building and advanced coaching skills.
    • Clear ability to motivate people, assess and develop employee skills.
    • A minimum 5 years’ experience working as a Quality Manager for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 automotive supplier.
    • Strong working knowledge of: APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Problem solving tools.
    • A technical understanding of welding or metal structure manufacturing would be advantageous.
    • Strong communication skills with fluency in English and German
