Job Description
POSITION OVERVIEW
Provides support for accounting department through assisting accounts payable and accounts receivable.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Export and run accounting reports in Excel
2. Work with accounts payable and accounts receivable.
3. Correct processing errors as needed.
4. Process vendor payments.
5. Prepares, posts, verifies, and records customer payments and transactions related to accounts receivable.
6. Creates invoices and credit memos according to company practices; submits invoices/credit memos to customers.
7. Good customer service skills are a must.
8. Prompt and regular attendance is essential.
9. Some overtime may be required.
10. Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
· Preferred – Associates degree in accounting and/or 3 or more years of administrative experience.
· Required – High School Diploma or GED.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
The job is performed both indoors and outdoors. Some activities may include extended periods of standing and/or work at a computer monitor.
