You will represent employees in legal proceedings, draw up legal documents, take depositions, respond to written discovery, attend mediations and perform other tasks on our wrongful termination cases.

    Responsibilities:

    • Prepare and draft legal documents, including complaints, written discovery and meet and confer letters
    • Conduct depositions and prepare for mediation
    • Support the Wage and Hour Class Action Practice Group
    • Follow up with client intakes and help respond to discovery.

    • Previous experience in Employment Law
    • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
