JOB DESCRIPTION: 

Ideal candidate will be motivated, positive attitude, willing to learn new skills and work with others, pay attention to detail, thrive in a fast paced environment, and have good communication skills.              

JOB DUTIES: 

Duties for this position would include groundskeeping, trash pickup, make ready for vacant units, work orders, and similar tasks.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

EPA certification or HVAC experience is a plus, but not required - we will train the right candidate.  Pool maintenance experience is a plus, but not required.  Basic carpentry type skills - painting, sheet rock repair, basic plumbing skills, basic electrical skills are a plus as well.  Any experience in the maintenance field is a plus. Pay scale based on work experience.  Must have valid drivers license, reliable vehicle, and pass a background check.
