Responsibilities (Onsite Role)

• Provide technical support to company staff with helpdesk activities.
• Install and update company software and hardware as directed.
• Troubleshoot Hardware (computers, Printers, Scanners, Scales, Etc.) as well as Software.
• Configure, Manage, and troubleshoot networks.
• Assist other IT staff as needed.
• Review diagnostics and assess the functionality and efficiency of systems.
• Document activities in IT service management system.
• Organize and maintain technology inventory.
• Adhere to configuration management processes and standards.
• Manage System accounts using Microsoft office suite.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of organization’s Active Directory

Skills

• Solid knowledge of Windows operating systems software and core services such as Active Directory.
• Experience with managing network switches, Mikrotik routers, firewalls, and Unifi equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to effectively organize work files, technical inventory, and standard work tasks.
• Efficient and systematic troubleshooting abilities.
• Practice sound information security principles.
• Highly organized and Self prioritizes tasks.
• Effective communication skills, including speaking, writing and active listening.
• Great customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure, Office 365 suite.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in a Systems Administrator role.
• Minimum of one professional certification in your field such as MCSA, Security+, Network+.
