    Position Overview

    We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy intern to join our team for the fall semester. This hands-on position focuses primarily on digital documentation of our construction projects through Matterport 3D scanning technology. The successful candidate will gain valuable experience in construction while developing expertise in cutting-edge digital construction tools.

    Primary Responsibilities

    • Conduct Matterport 3D scans at various job sites throughout the construction process
    • Assist project managers with digital documentation and progress tracking
    • Upload, organize, and maintain digital scan files and project databases
    • Support quality control processes through detailed site documentation
    • Collaborate with field teams to coordinate scanning schedules
    • Learn and apply construction industry standards for digital documentation

    Required Qualifications

    • Strong comfort level with technology and willingness to learn new software
    • Reliable transportation to travel between job sites
    • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
    • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
    • Physical ability to walk construction sites and carry equipment
    • Commitment to safety protocols and procedures

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience with mobile devices, tablets, and cloud-based applications
    • Previous internship or work experience in construction or related industry
