    WE ARE LOOKING FOR A CUSTOMER SERVICE AND OPERATIONS SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE TO:

    • Record confidential customer information accurately within our customer database

    • Act as the face of the brand ensuring each customer has a positive experience

    • Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies

    • Communicate with the customer service and sales management team regarding customer requests and concerns

    • Interact with potential or existing customers, enter orders, and perform a variety of additional activities to facilitate excellent customer relationships supporting sales operations

    • Maintain professional communication with customers and team members while using cross-functional company resources and sales tools

     

    WE ARE LOOKING FOR A CUSTOMER SERVICE AND OPERATIONS SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE TO HAVE:

    • A degree in Operations Management, Business, Communications or related fields

    • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, call center, operations support, or sales

    • Excellent listening skills and a strong customer focus

    • Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and detail-oriented with excellent data entry skills

    • Exceptional conflict resolution abilities

    • Ability to address complaints and resolve conflict in a professional and decisive manner
