    $5,000 Sign-On Bonus We are looking for a long-term, part or full-time Oregon Licensed Physical Therapist to work in a dynamic, upbeat, fun, and professional outpatient environment. The successful applicant will be working together with our current team of Physical Therapists, Physical Therapist Assistants, Chiropractic Physicians, and Massage Therapists who treat a wide variety of musculoskeletal conditions and achieve outstanding results through a comprehensive, multidisciplinary team approach. We work with a wide variety of patient populations and diagnoses as well as coordinate care with a large provider network. We are offering a competitive salary (depending on experience) and our benefits package includes: • $5,000 Sign on / retention bonus • Per patient bonus instead of unattainable productivity standards • Medical / Vision / Prescription / Dental plan • Retirement plan with employer match • Paid earned time off • Continuing education allowance and MedBridge Subscription • Employer-paid liability insurance • Employer-paid license renewal • AFLAC • In-house benefits • Flexible Schedule • Monday - Friday, no weekends Responsibilities: • Assess patients' physical condition and develop individualized treatment plans • Administer therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques to improve patients' mobility and relieve pain • Educate patients and their families on at-home exercises and proper body mechanics to prevent further injury • Document patients' progress, treatment plans, and outcomes accurately in medical records • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes Qualifications: • Physical Therapy License Compensation: $35 - $48 hourly

    • Assess patients' physical condition and develop individualized treatment plans • Administer therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques to improve patients' mobility and relieve pain • Educate patients and their families on at-home exercises and proper body mechanics to prevent further injury • Document patients' progress, treatment plans, and outcomes accurately in medical records • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes
