    Family Allergy & Asthma has an exciting high level professional opportunity for a VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS.

    The VP oversees all business operations for outpatient medical clinics throughout multiple states (currently 45+ locations across 4 states and growing).

    The VP will provide strategic and operational leadership that supports and advances the mission of the organization. The position requires strong financial and operational analysis that delivers on top line growth, bottom line results, and high patient satisfaction. Position reports directly to the CEO.

    The best candidate will be versatile and have a willingness to not only lead, but to work directly beside directors, managers, supervisors, providers and staff.

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Collaborates with CEO and other senior level executives to define and execute vision and strategy for all products and services offered to patients
    • Manages strategic and day-to-day operations in centralized and decentralized functions that improve processes, productivity, and patient satisfaction
    • Participates in development of budgets, and ensures business operations within budgets; manages P&L and analyzes budget variances
    • Develops organization-wide operational systems, policies & procedures, and best practices that ensure delivery of high quality of care and high patient satisfaction
    • Builds and cultivates collaborative relationships with providers and other departments to ensure delivery of a high quality experience for patients
    • Coaches, trains, and develops direct reports; sets performance goals and provides guidance on all team performance/development including teamwork, motivation, selection, training, and counseling
    • Implements effective project management that supports acquisitions and rapid growth in multiple states
    • Maintains operations that comply with HIPAA, OIG, Corporate Compliance Program, and other state and federal regulatory agencies; reports as appropriate and develops corrective action plans as necessary
    • Stays abreast of changes and trends in competitors, regulations, managed care, and information systems that impact our processes, patients, or services

    Job Requirements:

    • Education: Bachelor's Degree required; MBA or MHA strongly preferred
    • Experience:
      • 10+ years progressive experience in director-level roles in operations management for outpatient facilities
      • Multi-site and budget management experience required
      • In-depth understanding of outpatient managed care operations
      • Strong problem solving, time management, and communication skills
      • Strong analytical and project management skills
      • Other: Travel required 25%+
