    A busy, growing family seeks a highly experienced, proactive, and organized Family Assistant / Nanny-House Manager to join their household. This dual-focus role requires an adaptable professional capable of balancing high-quality, milestone-oriented infant and toddler care with smooth day-to-day household operations. The ideal candidate operates with a high degree of autonomy, seamlessly shifting into house management tasks (such as vendor coordination, organization, and errands) when the children are sleeping or in a routine.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Childcare & Development (Approx. 60-70% of focus)
    • Infant Care:* Manage full newborn routines including bottle preparation, sanitized feeding tracking, soothing, and supporting healthy sleep hygiene.
    • Toddler Engagement:* Plan and execute enriching, screen-free educational activities, arts and crafts, and outdoor play tailored to developmental milestones.
    • Transportation:* Safely drive the toddler to local activities, park outings, or classes using your own reliable vehicle.
    • Child Maintenance:* Handle children’s laundry, sanitize toys/bottles, and maintain organized, clutter-free nursery and play areas.
    1. Household Management & Operations (Approx. 30-40% of focus) Errands & Logistics: Manage grocery procurement (runs and online orders), execute retail returns, drop off/pick up dry cleaning, and handle household packages. Vendor Coordination: Act as the point of contact for household service providers (plumbers, HVAC, cleaners), source quotes, and oversee on-site maintenance. Stock & Inventory: Maintain inventory levels of kitchen staples, pantry items, toilet paper, cleaning products, and children’s essentials; log items before they run out. Light Upkeep: Ensure the kitchen remains tidy throughout the day, empty/load the dishwasher, manage trash/recycling bins, and provide basic pet care (feeding/watering).

    2. Qualifications & Requirements Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional, verifiable experience working as a nanny, family assistant, or house manager. Travel Flexibility: Willing and able to travel domestically with the family as needed. Must possess a valid U.S. driver's license and Real ID or equivalent identification for domestic air travel. Language: Bilingual skills are highly preferred. Transportation: Must possess a reliable personal vehicle, a valid driver’s license, and a completely clean driving record. Certifications: Current, up-to-date certification in Infant & Child CPR/First Aid is mandatory. Traits: Highly organized, proactive self-starter, excellent communicator, and exceptionally reliable. Must respect family privacy and maintain confidentiality.

    Qualifications & Requirements * Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional, verifiable experience working as a nanny, family assistant, or house manager. * Travel Flexibility: Willing and able to travel with the family as needed.     • Pay Rate: Competitive hourly rate commensurate with 5+ years of experience.
    • Overtime: Paid at 1.5x after 40 hours per week (standard 5 hours of guaranteed overtime built into the weekly schedule).
    • Vehicle Reimbursement: Standard mileage reimbursement provided for all on-the-job driving and errands.
