Responsibilities: • Develop strategic legal solutions tailored to each client’s unique situation, including prenuptial agreements, divorce, custody/timesharing, alimony/spousal support, and child support matters. • Assist clients in dividing marital assets, including real estate, during divorce proceedings. • Effectively litigate and advocate for clients when attending court proceedings (via Zoom or in person) as needed to represent clients. • Draft and file legal documents such as pleadings, motions, marital settlement agreements, judgments, and orders for a high volume of cases. • Work collaboratively with senior partners, paralegals, and team members to efficiently move cases through the litigation process. Qualifications: • Minimum of 3 years of experience handling family law cases, including litigation and courtroom experience. • Proven track record of successfully advocating for clients in emotionally charged and high-stress situations. • Strong negotiation and communication skills, especially in sensitive matters involving child custody, domestic violence, and child abuse. • Juris Doctor (JD) degree required; must be licensed to practice law in Florida. • Extra consideration given to candidates with a criminal justice background. Compensation: $100,000
